Once you have made your menu selections, we'll package it up and send it to you! Your packaging has been meticulously crafted to ensure that your food arrives safely and on time, so all you'll need to do it put it into the fridge or freezer and begin planning your next meal.

Why do I need to send my box back?

As we worked to safely ship food to you, we decided that food safety was our top priority. After all, what's the point of making delicious food if you can't enjoy it as intended when it arrives? To make this happen, we're using some high quality stuff to keep everything frozen, and it's NOT cheap. So, instead of making you all share the cost of that over and over again, we're just asking you to send it back! We'll sanitize it thoroughly and re-use it, keeping your cost focused on food! 

How do i send it back?

It's soooo easy! All in, it usually takes people less than three minutes to prepare their box for its return journey. It's just three easy steps:

 

1. Close it up and tape it shut

  • Put both ice packs back in the insulated box and secure the lid
  • Use the tape strips we provide to tape all three sides shut

2. Place the closed box where your delivery driver can get it (and the rain can't)

 

3. Scan your QR code and fill out the form

  • The three question form lets us know that you're ready and where to tell your driver to find your box

That's it; you're done! We'll schedule a pickup with your driver, and they'll come grab your box. Most of the time, that happens the day after you fill out your form.
